Thoughtfully designed with attention to detail, our rooms are intended to be spacious and comfortable hideaways in the middle of the city.

Renovated in 2023 our complex offers two spacious studio apartments and six one bedroom units. Each apartment features a full kitchen with a full-size refrigerator, oven, stove and microwave; all-natural, organic mattresses; sustainable soap and toiletries from Public Goods; locally made furniture; and art sourced through Houston and Texas-based artists. All visitors have access to our on-site laundry, and a central courtyard provides a space to congregate with yard games and outdoor furniture.

Located in Houston’s dynamic Rice Village, The Parliament on Greenbriar is walkable to retail, restaurants, Rice University and the Texas Medical Center.
